Design cues from a multitude of other automotive companies, which doesn’t sit with the ‘copy no one’ nonsense of the advert.

Tis to me, I like the other worldly/sci-fi look. But agreed, the chances of them bringing something truly new in a fairly conservative field (just look at the most popular colours) was going to be unlikely.

it's a concept car, it won't look anything like that, it'll look like an F Pace with flare arches and massive wheels. The SUV is the simplest platform to EV, you can have a high roof and low floor to let the batteries stay low and thus keep the COG lower.

Takes me back 20 years to when I was quite heavily invloved in building this: the Thunderbirds R-R, built in 2003/4 for the film.
Somewhere there's a pic of me sat in it in the workshops at Pinewood Studios.

Yep gonna look nothing like that concept render, this is all just to generate column inches and stimulate chatter
Id expect to see current floorpan platforms with more restyled and updated body's to appeal to a younger clientel
