J C Cycles frame by Lee Cooper (confirmed ) updated

my clearout continues this time its a J C Cycles of Coventry frame set that i believe is made by Lee Cooper of L A Cycles it dates from early 1995 . frame no is LA 9195 .

it tips my baggage scales at just over 2kg so nice and light enough to be Reynolds tubing just not sure which one . 21 3/4" or 54cm centre of crank to centre of seat pin bolt and 21 1/2" or 53cm along the top tube . two sets of bottle bosses , braze on brake cable guides and bosses for levers . takes a band on fr changer . shimano stx headset that will need a clean and regrease .

fork crowns are cinelli sloping style whilst rear stays are in fastback style ,136 mm rear spacing with micro adjuster and 105 fr spacing .

finished in an almost pearlescent white with loads of battle scars and scratches , the worst of which is at saddle end of top tube and has been painted over , could be used as is or refinished .

i have an e mail confirmation from Lee Cooper himself that this was made at L A Cycles as was in Jan 1995 . the only thing i cant confirm is what Reynolds tubing was used during construction .
