if anyone doesn't like kleins 'cause they break or cost too much should go buy a manitou ht or fs.

Or a steel Fat or Yeti. See if their seat tubes and/or chainstays are not rusted through yet...

What comes to the comeback of steel and it selling very well, I'm yet to see that. I think steel frames are very niche as are titanium ones nowadays too.
The present and the future belong to aluminum & carbon fiber.

Re: Klein

I am not a Klein fan in particular although I have fond memories of the one I owned.

I rode my Pinnacle on a 2 day Polaris, all 200lbs of me plus 30lbs of kit over rough, loose, hilly Welsh terrain with RC30s fitted. I know your views on Kleins are well known but this

Not just a few Kleins broke. 90 percent plus did
is, I respectfully suggest, complete nonsense (in case you can back it up with accurate, reliable statistics in which case I'll of course apologise).

How many threads are there on this very site regarding Tange Prestige frames that have disolved from the inside out?

Deal with it, in reality if anything is THAT light it will fail under use eventually.

Kleins sum up one main thing,

PASSION!

either for or against, but isn't that the reason we're all here?

I dont remember any broken Klein in Finland, and yes we had quite many of them, and yes we did race with them!

We raced and jumped with Kleins, rode a lot hard trails and no problems at all.
