Very standard lugs and certainly not a Richtea. Saracen, Dawes, Ridgeback all had stuff like this along with many independents. The only unusual bit is the rear cable stop.
The bids are for the pedals, which are worth a bomb, everything else is very conventional and from around 1985/6

What's so special about those pedals? I have some on my trekker. They are grippy for retro. Is it the straps which are coveted?

Beartraps have come down a bit them, the BMX brigade bumped the prices of these up, and up, and then up a little bit more
