ITM Aereo seat post 22mm diameter (according to my ruler). Comes with a hard plastic shim with outer diameter 25.4mm; presumably intended to be shimmed to required diameter, providing an early "aero" solution.
Thanks to the shim, this has no insertion marks and is in excellent condition. Slight black marks are dirt and will clean off. These posts came with a sticker round the top, and this has almost completely worn off (see http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx? ... &AbsPos=51). ca. 120mm from minimum insertion point to rails, but could give a little more. Early 80s, I think; these seem pretty rare.
