Wanted IS to Post mount adapter? (front 160mm / rear 140mm)

Anyone happen to have an IS to Post mount adapter? Ideally the one for a front 160mm rotor, I think the same one does 140mm on the rear? Could possibly make do with one for a front 180 rotor if need be.
