Is this IBIS Mojo legit?

I recently saw this IBIS Mojo on ebay:

It looks legit however it does have a regular cable stop and not the signature "Handjob" cable stop. Did Ibis make some very early Mojos without the signature cable stop?
The paint and decals look original but I'm somewhat puzzled by this. Anybody here can shed light on this bike?

1990-1992 catalog shows no hand jobs. Handjobs were most likely introduced in 93 or 94. Must have been a Bill Clinton influence.
