Is this Falcon 1970's or earlier?

Good evening,

I picked up this tatty Falcon last year and have been using it as a single speed pub bike but I'm curious about how old it is. I've searched high and low online too for a similar model but no luck yet.

'531' Frame Tubing
Nervex Lugs
Cyclo Dropouts

I'm not even sure what colour it was supposed to be as the varnish? has sun faded.

Any hints welcome.

It's earlier than my era which is the 70's. Classiclightweights have a repro of Lloyd's 531 decal dates which might help.

Looking at those decal dates it does seem to suggest pre 70's.
