Hi is this a Pace frame or is it something else also what is it worth as a full bike .

No. It rings a distant clunk but definitely not a Pace

Agreed, that is not a Pace.

As for what it is, not a clue, but it certainly isn't worth much...maybe a pub bike for someone I guess.

Dropouts, rear stays, seat tube ... not a Pace.
