Is this a Bianchi?

Our youth cycling club has been donated a bike. It says Bianchi on it, but I am not convinced

Anyone recognise it? Will take some better photos next time I am there

Is it something trying to be a Mega Pro? being a child of the 70's it's a bit after my time lol.

If that's a Bianchi, it's had a respray - the decals on the down tube are not straight (difficult on conical tube). It would also have more incidental decals/graphics from the factory - this doesn't even have a head tube badge.

My money is on it not being a Bianchi (mainly that conical down tube).

Without the distinctive head badge this is not a Bianchi
