not sure exactly what you had in mind with the sales side, but Firstflight bikes sell newly moulded Panaracer Timbuk II from late 80s/early 90s from the original mould, they could be interested in selling these too as a newer retro tyre choice - Jeff is sometimes around here (username firstflight)

I'd buy a set! Nice to see that Jeff from Firstflight made a re-issue of skinwall Panaracers possible. Maybe other manufacturers will also get the idea that you simply cannot put blackwalls on a Retrobike
