It's bent. 50 bucks says it was a garage door into the bike on top of the car. My opinion is that it's a donor. Bikes are not worth any freak accident that may or may not take your life.
Would I gently ride it to the pub and back? Maybe if I had no other bike and was limited on funds. Am I advising you to do so - no, I'm not. It might be OK, but aluminium is more likely to fail without warning.
