Is it worth the effort? Headshok cannondale

Evening, can anybody tell me whether this is worth sorting out? Forks seem to work, could do worth £25 worth of headset bearings, chain, shifters, cables, saddle, blocks and a lot of TLC. Post stuck and soaking.

How old is it and where does it sit in the scheme of things?

Look at the frame number on the bb. The first two should be the year. I'm guessing by the paint job, it's 1999/2000. It's the basic caad2 frame, but still reasonable.
F400 is the entry of the headshok equipped bikes

Dales always used to have great frames and awful spec for the money. Worth sorting for sure.

Will get it up and running with minimal input and see if I like it then. Nice and light.

Frame will have a lifetime guarantee (although I'm not sure that passes on to a new owner) and the bike would have cost around £700 bitd, so well worth resurrecting!
