IRT 26" carbon spoke wheels

Hello everybody, I have a set of 26" IRT wheres for a future project. Can´t seem to find any info about these. Would like to know the production year to put them in the period correct bike. Anyone an idea? Thank you!

IRT was a brand of Hermann Holder, Friedrichshafen, Germany.
He has also developed and produced the Holder CBike with a carbon Monocoque frame. This was also sold as Staiger Red Arrow.

As most other 3 or 4 Spoke wheels, rather more heavy and especially lateral less stable compared to traditional wheelsets.
But for a while those wheels had been quite trendy.
