'Internal Wedge' Type Bar End Extensions ?

Who made internal wedge type bar extensions ?

I am looking for one for a project but the bar end MUST be positioned 90 degrees perpendicular to the handlebar / wedge assembly.

Any ideas where I should start my search / what makes I should be looking for ?

Was going to say Control Tech, Syncros make them also. And a few copied them so lots about.

I had a few pairs of hyper ends, but they always seem to explode the bar from the inside, so I stopped using them.
