Warm day and just 60 miles clocked . Roads still with very little traffic on them .
First 22 miles flat followed by lumpy for the rest .

I reckon no more than 8 or 10 in the whole of the 60 miles . I was surprised as it was such a lovely day . The road from the old A50{A522} just past Uttoxeter, in the village of Fole ,is steep and narrow, and beyond it until you reach Oakamoor in the Churnet valley the surface is very poor . The section from Alton to Rocester is very good as it normally carries all the traffic to Alton Towers {Closed at the moment}.

Looks like it has a lot of varied riding there. I'm on the east coast of Denmark, and though it is notoriously flat I'm lucky to be near the areas that have a few hills and lots of forest. I've been wanting to do some touring in the UK sometime but it's less of a hassle to take the ferry to Norway or Sweden than it is to fly to the UK. And with the whole COVID19 it's a whole different story.
