Interesting Fork - 1 1/8th threadless long steerer

Looking for a rigid fork for my dekerf, something like a gatorblade, a BOI, a dekerf tuning fork, syncros powerlite or a Bontrager composite. Some I know will be more than my budget, but maybe for the right thing I'll stretch it.

Needs to be 1 1/8th steerer
Prefer cantilever bosses
Steerer should be at least 28cm long

Price - looking to not spend more than $400 USD shipped to Canada or I may as well save up and buy a new Tuning Fork or a Walt Works fork or an Igleheart. This is for a regularly ridden bike.

I have also double checked the steerer, 26cm is as short as I would want to go.
