first reaction was SHOTGUN!!  :D not sure if my psychiatrist agrees though :?
Serious.... I'm pretty laid back resulting in not locking my bike/house and car(s) but that doesn't mean anyone is allowed to nick anything without at least being shot!!!!....... uhh  being strongly recommended not to do so ;)
I live in a sweet lil'village though :D
I tend to see all insurances as sort of trade in fear (excisting, but also imaginery..)

M&S Premier cover, without doubt the cheapest and most comprehensive cover I have ever seen. Cheaper than my old cover, unlimited total, upto £4k non-itemised, includes bikes in and out of the home, includes accidental damage, includes mobiles, blah blah blah, it is the dogs....

Another one for M&S here.

Not cheap compared to other household policies but it is good value when you consider the cover it gives.

As Gump mentions be interested to hear if people have successfully claimed.

Bet the hound keeps the speedboat safe CK ;)

I't not a shotgun, but you've pretty warm.

How's that for a typical American response!

I have a ryder on the insurance policy for the house also...same thing for the wife's wedding set, my two trombones, and the stamp collection.

I am a man of many diverse talents. :D
