I re-measured the frame this weekend. The top tube is 22.5" C-C actual, not 23.3" as indicated above. Also, the seat tube is 18" C-T, not C-C. I'm not sure if I had a few beers in me before I took the original measurements, but I can assure you they are correct now. The headtube meaures 3.5".
