Spares bin raided. Means I don't have to try to get off the grips. Do like to old t bone stem though.

And would be nice to use the shifters with mounts but don't have any.

Just run a knife along the length of those grips to get the good bits off buddy

Feeling pleased with myself.

Take a length of new brake outer, crimp a nice smooth ferrule on the end, gently shove under grip a couple of inches, squirt WD40 in from the other end, rotate around grip. Repeat. All the way to the end. Slide off grip in perfect condition, as is bar.

These must be worth a fortune with the original unscuffed grips. Surely? replacement grips are £40
alone!

The Panda is done. I think. Too dark to take out for shakedown. Cables will be trimmed after that. I know.

Couple of things to sort like maybe shifter and purple ano bar end caps.
