yes it's real.
built to do 1 thing and 1 thing only, go ******* fast on the track. it was built for the pursuit. it did pretty good and there are a few examples of it being used in TT as well (which I think is what Woz is showing but having been stripped back to 1 gear and had different forks added). the TT bike used a more standard quill stem and bar on the top so it wasn't quite so extreme, it also had less "aero" on the tube set.

The 1988 Russian Olympic team rode bikes supplied by Rossin, and this finely restored example belonged to the coach: Alexander Kuznetsov.
