yes it's real.
built to do 1 thing and 1 thing only, go ******* fast on the track. it was built for the pursuit. it did pretty good and there are a few examples of it being used in TT as well (which I think is what Woz is showing but having been stripped back to 1 gear and had different forks added). the TT bike used a more standard quill stem and bar on the top so it wasn't quite so extreme, it also had less "aero" on the tube set.

I'm sorry, but how can you live with yourself having a rear U brake gizmo jobby with a cable hanger off the seat-clamp like that.

I need to lie down for a while before I can comment on the front brake set-up. It's all melt-down for me.
