I have lowered my stem on my commuter and didn't bother cutting the steerer. What if I get pain in my back?

woh there Chief, it isn't the stack, both my road bikes are the same for exactly the same reason and I have raised and lowered them depending on the use (touring the bars go up, commuting the bars go down).

it looks funny with those bars is all I meant, because they are massive risers but then the stem is slammed, yet adjustment is still wanted, it looks odd to me that's all.

I love the Vaya, came very close to buying a frame once. Now they have carbon forks which seems silly on a touring bicycle.

As you know I don't like discs, but many have been posted by imlach so I thought they'd be ok? If not I can remove it no problem
