I'm a big fan of these types of cruiser/load carrier bikes since I randomly bought a Dutch city bike last year for about 40 quid.
It is a really good cruiser - single speed, drum brake, fat tyres on 28 inch wheels with an upright riding position. Very simple bike with no cables. You can get some good speed on it!
These type of bikes are known as 'Grandma Bikes' in the Netherlands apparently !
