I'm not qualified enough to comment on this!

I don't know what people expect with eBay sometimes, this person is trying to sell the frame for a colossal sum based mostly on the fact that it was once, briefly, owned by a very high profile former professional, the sort of person who people build replica bikes of at great expense but they at no point mention the actual name of the rider? I'm guessing the VERY few people who might want this for anywhere near the price they are asking would at least be easier to find if you put 'Laurent Fignon' in the title. 🤷‍♂️

screw the frame, I want his dehumidified, temperature control room that's been in place for 25 years.

Interesting blurb from the seller. Says a lot about them and their morals but not so much about the rider who passed it on to him...does he mean Fignon? Why be so coy?

If you filled the tubes with cocaine then its worth 10K.

skinny tubes, reckon you'd only get to 5k at current price...... errr, so I'm told. :)

I saw this a while ago and just ignored it as nonsense. I do own an identical one, it’s very very good condition, not unused but not far off this one. Think I paid £110 delivered for the frame, forks, Mavic headset and a high end SKF bottom bracket.
