I'm coming to Wales ! Melin-y-Wig

Hi all

I just booked a few days away at Melin-y-Wig. Can any of you ladies and gentlemen suggest a nice intermediate bike ride nearby. I've already got my eyes on the below but wanted some input from the locals.

I'd also like to take in a walk, possibly up a big hill then down the other side. Again, feel free to pass on suggestions of any great walks you know.
