If I had a son.........

I mentioned to him that it's not a GT and this is what he wrote back...good luck...it's a tough read:

well i havnt ridden gt's all my life,so lucky you money bags.if thats the case report me,im not frauding anyone!u told me it isnt a gt and ive changed my listing as i said in my listing the bits cost me £150 any way so whether wat your saying is true or not i dont care the bike is still well worth wat im asking. anyone thats sent me a question ive told them that i wasnt 100% sure if thats wat it was an that the bike is very used and that i brought it as a gt. so go ahead and report me coz it dont matta 2 me im not the one causing trouble for nothing!just for your info that is how i brought it so do wat you have to do coz im not ending my listing and i have also placed this message on my listing for every 1 to see so there is no doubt or questioning about wat it is at all.that aside its still my sons outstanding bike with loads of new parts i hope this is the end as its you slandering me im 100% honest i can only write wat i no about it!how dare you, some firendly advice would have been appropriate!

This was my reply to his defensiveness:
I'm not reporting anything...merely wanted to bring to your attention that what you have badged and listed as a GT is not a GT. Let's the two of us just suppose someone buys it and two days after they receive it someone tells them it's not a GT...Do you want to pay the shipping back and see your feedback take a beating? That's money out of your pocket not mine. Was only pointing it out. Good luck and I hope your auction does well.

Hell GeeEmm don't you think that you provoked Mr.Bollx by calling his pride and joy (a discount store piece of junk)?

You Americans have got no finess have you?

I bet you've reduced bollx jnr to tears.

Poor bollox jnr indeed.

What a joke people try stuff like this.

Interested to see the small wheeled Zas'. Not aware of these, did anyone see any in the UK.

The response is a sad reflection the the British education system. I could hardly read it.

I don't know if Carrati handled them or not. Was the UK catalog the same as the US catalog back then? I have shipped one to the UK.
GT added them to their line because Shimano was promoting their "Youth Series" trying to get more kids interested in serious cycling.

In a generation or so you probably won't recognise the language as English.

However, verily, forsooth etc, old Will spoke a slightly different brand to us as well.

That proper mini Zas is ultra cool. I'd certainly like one of those for John Jr, however I'd sooner he walk than have the POS posted in the auction.

As for our changing language I'd side with the Daily Mail and say it shows the collapse of our society.

I stayed away from this tread as it's about childrens bikes. How wrong was i

I'm a sad old b*stard too. I even use capitals and punctuation when I text.
