Identifying / valueing 1950s road bike wheels

These wheels are off my dad's pet project which he used to use / tinker with in 1980s and they were on a http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/batesbar56.html Bates circa 1950s the rear one is a weinmann alloy rim on possibly GBsport hub and front the same (or unmarked rim I can't remember).

27x 1/1/4
Regina extra bx 6 speed block
Flip flop hub
Alloy spokes

Any help to identify / value appreciated.
 
Pics come out a bit funny but the front one looks like a Bayliss-Wiley. Not sure the spokes will be alloy though.

They look like Bayliss-Wiley hubs to me as well. Thats what has the value the Weinmann dimple rims are easy to pick up. If they are cleaned, polished and serviced, Bayliss large flange, flip flops will make around £100 on Ebay.
