Identify these odd Dura Ace FH7700 hubs?

Bought these on a bike about a year ago, and finally got round to looking at them. They're the darnedest thing - 7700 guts and DA 10 SPD cassette but clearly a custom machined body. 20 spokes rear, 18 front. The front hub is exactly the same only like a bullet, thinner.

The rims say Citec, big bladed straight pull spokes, but can't find much about them other than Made in France perhaps? They came with 3rd party titanium skewers. Any ideas? They have sealed bearings rather than the balls in regular 7700s. They're incredibly smooth running.

There's a matte section in the middle of the hub where a decal might have been placed, but hard to tell. Other than that, no markings
