Identify stem and seatpost on Merlin Mountain

Hi,

Any ideas of the stem and seatpost fitted on the Merlin Mountain at p. 14 of the 1994 catalogue (really 1992, in fact) in the Archive section?

The stem resembles a Salsa Moto but without a roller.
The seatpost could be Kingsbery/American Classic.

Any idea of which Salsa stem? The Moto comes with a roller that the pictured one seems to lack.

I suspect there are more Salsa stems without a roller than width, I wouldn't worry about a model number as most people won't know that anyway so just look for a Salsa stem without roller. Looks like the older one before the brass washer on the quill bolt.
