Identify frame maker from serial number

I have a decal-less ti frame im curious to know who made, as its a quirky little thing.

The serial Number starts WT then L and a load of numbers after that. Anyone know from this who made it?

I have seen the same WT start of a serial on a kinesis ti frame, but that's all I have.

Sheer guess but given its ti and the letters WTL, could it be a Waltly frame?

It looks like a corratec Superbow but it has some differences with the one I know. Perhaps different years.

I have no useful information to add I'm afraid, but it looks very cool indeed, love the beach cruiser look of the double top tube.

I wish it were my size or I'd be building it up. Have just found it a new owner, would still like to know what it is, or maybe I don't as I could be kicking myself for selling it.
