the third ti bar .. not pictured .. is it the same as the ibis/brushed bar? width?

as far as i can tell the ibis bars not been cut down,
as for other bar its not polished same looking as other bars i can however clean any bar to finnish like the one with ibis logo on a matt/satin finnish.
