bolting the tool to the BB and putting a pipe over the wrench for added leverage has NEVER failed me. Aluminum galled to Ti, Steel to Steel I've never had an issue. Coca Cola has never failed me in getting a seat post out either.

If you have a plastic NDS cup then you can hammer the whole sealed BB unit through the plastic cup and out. Then hacksaw and peel the metal cup out.

Brutal. Medieval.

I can see that working with a UN51 (and UN52?). Later the DS cup is part of the whole cartridge.
