I don't like riding up hills either but it gives me sense of satisfaction. that and the view from the top tends to be nice and it's usually downhill form there.

When I got back I was mega fit; I was quick enough to beat an 11 year old Nicole Cooke up the final grassy hill at a RATS race at Checkendon!
Well, nearly...
