I miss my Schwinn 4 banger ...

A detail shot of the Lawwill rear suspension design, a direct evolution of the '91 Fisher RS-1 rear sus, but with more travel, a real shock instead of elastomer bumpers and Carbonfiber construction. The RS-1 in the picture is the first RS-1 built-for Gary Fisher, who is the guy holding it up in this picture, but I had to crop him out to get under the size limit!

Stunning frames, I nearly brought the bigger travel frame a couple of years ago, straight 6? I can't remember, I love the lawwill design and carbon swing arms

There's something quite sublime about the way the Lawwill design rides. I had a Yeti Lawwill 4 that seemed to float over everything.
The Schwinns look great too. I remember lusting after a yellow Straight 6 that a store had on sale, unfortunately it was still above my budget back then!

here are some of mine in various stages (the light red one is now dead, the darker read one with no decals is awaiting rebuild and one of the yellow S6's is off for a respray)

bigger, heavier, more travel about sums it up :)

The tomac frames were quite heavy, but very solid and totally planted, quite long wheelbase too (or at least felt it) and had the same botomless travel feeling.
