If it was "custom built" why is the seatpost turned the wrong way round to get the seat further forward? "here you go son, we've got you a custom built frame.................. that you'll hopefully grow in to in 5 years"
It's a relatively nice looking 501 frame (nothing remarkable) but I take issue with listings trying to talk things up like that. Stick to the facts and enough with the BS
