These are toast aren’t they? These were pull off early Zaskars, I honestly don’t know how they were installed incorrectly or perhaps it’s just years of pressure??

Are the bb’s themselves ok? As in bearings are smooth with no play?

I'm not 100% but I thought the non-plastic side was attached?

The cartridge will come out of the cup, couple of taps on the end of the axle with a soft mallet is usually enough.
