Oooooh no. You can't have a risk in anything. Give it 10 years and cycling will be banned anyway due to the government being unable to protect us effectively through legislation.

I've never actually thought of that, but it's not as unlikely as it may first seem. I suspect cycling per se won't be banned, but riding on the road may, so it would need a dedicated cycle path

I remember my first 10 mile TT.. It rained at the turn (dead turn on a busy A road!) and all the way back I got a great tail wind. Regular 531 frame and 12 speed Suntour gears. Got a 24'04" which I was very happy with. The only aero great I had was my hair (skinhead era)!

Tough one. 4 seconds faster and you'd have cracked 25mph, which is one helluva first TT

Eventually I was knocking out low 21's, but it's hard to go any faster without drygs!
