Anyone used them? Apart from being lighter, lower resistance and being able to operate at higher rpm, the last 2 features not relevant, they are supposed to be longer lasting, any body verify that?

Replacing bearings in wheel hubs and frames is a faff.

From my workshop experience I'd say they're not worth the extra cash, they don't seem to last any longer than good quality stainless steel bearing like enduro or skf

ive only got experince of cheap ceramics, but compared to same price enduro/skf steel they were inferior in every noticable way. the cermic might he a harder material, but longevity of sealed cartidges is more to do with precision of engineering and quality of production.

tbh i dunno about others but for me sealed bearings fail for diff reasons than the balls wearing down, usually too much contamination or sheering forces. cant see how ceramic helps there, no never been tempted to pay 3x teh price for enduro ceramics. if i was racing id have em for the extra efficiency though

Like any bearing you get what you pay for. i used to eat bearings in my old race face bottom bracket. I got some quality ceramic ones and 3 years later they were still good.
