The Park BBT-7 has multiple contact points that hit the lockrings just right. They make a different tool (all silver) that doesn't work nearly as well. You may wanna spray it with a little penetrating oil first, you won't believe how easily it comes outThe cups come out easy with a spanner tool, can't remember if I used green or red but i can check if u are on the verge of buying one.

It's the red Park spanner that works on the cups, the prongs on the green one are too large. The bearings on this Syncros bb (pictured above) read 9300 (space) then two barely legible numbers, I think "03"
I have another Syncros bb that's about to be pictured in my Ibis Ti Mojo build thread, those bearings read "6903Z" and "KYK" and "JAPAN" The bearings on both brackets are 7mm.
