Wanted Huge ferrule

Working on a new project and the cable guides are huge. The only ferrule that fits is this thing but I’ve only got one… Any idea who makes them as I’m not getting many hits on the web?

The ID of the cable stop on the frame (a 2002 Cannondale Silk Adventure) is 7.78mm. The OD of the ferrule is 7.52mm and that has an ID of 6.28mm.

Why cut the cable?
There is be a cable stop on the rear mech or rear brake noodle.

I was thinking it could be printed, but now I look again there is no endstop in the braze on so all the pull is going to be on the tiny little edge of the ferrule.
you have 2 options here.
1. run a full cable as already suggested by Dree
2. fit adjusters in to move the point of stress to a better place.

I suspect that even with those ferrules you are showing, you will pull though in relatively short order.
