HP Guinness sauce

I saw the Guinness HP in Sainsbury's and didn't know whether it would taste nice or bloody awful. If it's the latter, you're stuck with a whole bottle of the stuff...

That was my initial thought, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did, its lovely stuff.

really? because now that you mention it, there is a picture of the houses on the brown sauce bottle no? and is it commisioned by the queen too?

I think it was historically a favourite sauce of the members of the houses of parliament cyfa....nothing to do with queenie.....talking back in the 19th century...I think....

One of my local breweries, Midtfyns Bryghus, just won the best new danish beer award for a beer containing snuff.

All well and good but it's been declared illegal by the authorities so they can't brew any more.
