How do i date my Yo eddy, can it be done using the frame number?

This is how the pre New york Fat numbers work.

245Y4L
245 = 245th frame built that year
Y = Yo Eddy
4 = 1994
L = Large

301W19
301 = 301th frame that year
W = Wicked
1 = 1991
9 = 19"

027P4L
027 = 27th frame that year
P = Shockabilly (dont know why it is a P)
4 = 1994
L = Large
