How tight front QR skewer?

This has reminded me to swap the qr's on my new kona for shimanos I have lying around. I'm sure some of the blame for cracking my old frame lies in my using cheap titanium qr's which came loose at speed and then threw the wheel around under very heavy 35-40mph braking. I bought the shimano ones to replace them but the damage was done.

You can really see the difference in the way the shimanos are built. Much chunkier looking and the cam is nicely sealed so less shiZ to get into it.
