There seem to be a few French eBay listings offering NOS Sachs New Success rear mechs for £200+. They obviously must have been on RB and seen my posts singing the praises of the stuff and got wise....

Mind you, my Sachs Quarz rear mech has helped me to bag the club cyclo-cross trophy for a second year running. Which was nice.

I'll admit to having been at least temporarily the highest bidder on these pedals (I was the first person to bid on them, so it is only natural to be the high bidder). They are indeed among the highest quality pedals ever made, but...

PS: I have personally sold a number of derailleurs at higher prices than the Simplex...
