ThanksUnfortunately almost anyone wanting to use a power meter will be on at least 11 speed as the shift advantages are significant and total cost way less than a power meter!
(Not to say this wouldn't work with 11+, but it says 10 in the detail)
A fair price for a used part is half retail, but you need to find a buyer.
I suspect if you put it up for auction, it would get a lot less than that.
Top-end kit from a recent design era is often worth very little, because it floods the market as riders move on up.
If you do sell, post the price.

I believe the power meter Spider works with 11sp SRAM or Shimano hollowtec and the rings are 10s? Perhaps £200 would sell these ?
