6' 1", 33" inside leg. Saddle height varies on whether I'm riding uphill or doing the downhill thing, Hardtail or full suss. TBH I've never measured it. I read years ago that John Tomac's mechanic had ALL his measurements written down to make sure each ride was exact. Maybe that's why he was so damn good, nothing to do with his ability, all down to his mechanic getting his saddle height, bar reach etc correct
5' 6" and 29 1/2" inside leg (important 1/2" that ) I should ride allegedly a 19/20" frame (road frame) I am much happier on a 21 1/2" or a 22" really, my old and well loved Carrera Krakatoa is 17"(slightly sloping geometry).
I'm 5'10" tall (dead average, like) but I have a long back and legs that are so short that when I want to cross the road, I have to jump off the kerb to stop my arse catching on it.
There's a good article in this month's Cycling Plus magazine (p42) with different ways of getting the saddle height right for your road bike. Worth a look. One says that you have to work out what 88.3% of your inseam is :? and then this should be the distance between centre of the BB to the top of the seat. Slightly anal?
