How do you measure wheels to see what tyre size they are

I'll get shot down for this but the Vittoria Rally above is pretty reasonable

And use tape like below..only I'd use Tufo tape

I'd fit 21mm Rally's instead of 23mm Rally's ! Been 'told' that the 21mm is a far better/neater/less lumpyier than 23mm.

True, they do look neater but on Cumbrian roads a bit of extra air volume never goes amis..........
