I am 10 stone so i need to know the best pressure for the forks. Marzocchi says 50 PSI but that seems to be to hard for me.

Then use less  - aim for about 20% sag.
If, with the correct pressure to give the sag you want, the forks blow through their travel too easily then increase the oil quantity to make the travel more progressive.

Didn't know about sag so i have lowerd the pressure to give about 10mm. I have 50mm of travel on the forks so hopefully they should be fine now. Cheers.

Fasten a cable tie around one stanchion as an indicator to check the travel that you are using during a typical ride - aim to use the full travel at least a few times but without harsh bottoming out.

I should have mentioned that you set the sag with you on the bike in a normal riding position - that's when you should be seeing the 20% of available travel being used.
