I see that there have been no votes for a day or two - but I can't work out how to vote. It can't be by posting to the topic because there are more votes than replies.
I am logged in BTW.
Can some kind person enlighten me please?

At the top of the thread there should be a list of the entries with a vote button by each. You have to be logged in. Once you have voted the list will show the number of votes received by each entry.

I did click around that area before but nothing happened. I have had another go just now and hey presto - it worked.
