I dunno...I have 93 hot...same size as yours,marked TET 547...I thought the numbers were put on in order of build,but who knows but a kona aficionado or Tom, himself...with the fluted down tube and the concept seat tube, I would say you have a hot..as far as the gadget he gave you, I've used ,on another bike, a much shorter version of that item with an extra seat post collar flipped around for rear brake setup....works fine..as far as decals?..Gotta be white for early 90's konas...have fun with the build
